hello all!

please tell me (via email or the signup sheet) if you can come.

you can either-

a) show up at the apo office at 7:30

b) meet us at the state house, preferably by 10 am (when they need
people the most)

ALL brothers get a free lunch , and a free t-shirt

directions to the state house:

take the T to park street.
get off, and walk north (up the hill) on tremont street. then, make a
left onto park street. keep walking, and you should come to beacon
street, and be staring straight at the state house. you can't miss it.
there should be CCFA (crohn's and colitis foundation of america) banners
everywhere.

this charity is my absolutefavoritesuperduper charity, since , well, I
have crohns' disease, my mother has crohn's disease, and so do thousands
of other americans. this walk generates research dollars (last year's
made $40,000) that may not sound like a lot, but crohns and colitis
(both are related diseases) are not very glamorous; their causes are
unknown, and it's not communicable like aids is (crohn's and colitis are
partly genetic, partly environmental).

Please come help me and show support for something I really care about
and have to deal with every second of my life. I can't ever forget I
have crohn's disease, no matter how hard I try- it always reminds me
VERY strongly. come help put a dent in the effort to allow me and
thousands of other americans forget that we have it for good
