Hi
I"m organizing the AXCoAPO files, the next 10 years or so. I need
your help with this. I have already gotten contacts with brothers who
were active over the past 10 years or so, they have agreed to send
stories and pictures and just be generally helpful. I need to have
6-12 people to help me edit this project. This works out to each
person having 1-2 years to deal with.
All you will have to do is collate and edit your years and help with
the final collation. I am also organizing 2 "Mold Nights". Theses
will be office meetings when we invite alums to the office, have milk
cookies, hot cocoa, and munchies and they tell us stories. We will
tape the events adn all you would have to do would be to take a few
notes, or get them to write up their stories, or transcribe them from
the tape...the bottom line is help to get the oral tradition into a
written form.
IT's actually not much work. I hope to have the entire project
finished before the Oct 21st Chapter Meeting.
I am asking for volunteers for this. It doesn't matter if you are am
alum and want to volunteer to help edit. I"ll be bugging folks if I
don't get volunteers soon.
