>Dear Brothers:
>
>With the upcoming National Convention I know many of you are starting to
>wonder how in the heck
>are you going to get Minneapolis. Well if I may make a suggestion.....
>
>If you live in Region V (Ohio, West Virginia, Western Pennsylvania or
>Eastern Kentucky) perhaps you should consider taking the Region V Express.
>The Express will consist of three chartered Buses to transport brothers
>from all across the Region to Nationals.
>
>The three routes are -
>
>Alpha Route: Lexington, Ky to Cincinnati, Ohio to Dayton, Ohio to Toledo, Ohio
>
>Phi Route: Charleston, WV to Columbus, Ohio to Toledo, Ohio
>
>Omega Route: Morgantown, WV to Pittsburgh, PA to Cleveland, Ohio to Toledo,
Ohio
>
>After joining up in Toledo we will cruise on to Minneapolis. The Express
>will leave on Saturday December 26 and arrive in Minneapolis the morning of
>December 27th. After 5 fun filled days of Convention Bliss we will leave
>Friday January 1st and arrive back in Region V on Saturday January 2nd.
>
>Even though we will have three buses we are limited to the first 130
>Brothers who register. It should be a great road trip. The cost of the
>Region V Express is a great bargain at $125 roundtrip.
>
>A Deposit of $50 must be received no later than September 1st with the
>balance of $75 by November 1st. Of course, due to the logistics involved
>reservations must be on a first come, first serve basis.
>
>Thanks to all the Brothers who have registered already. Your early
>participation have made this trip
>a reality. I'll be sending confirmation letters out later this week.
