Ah, hello again
We now have a project for afterfinals. We will be working with a cub=
scout group to be cleaning up
a beach in Dennis MA (the next town over). The beach is Chappen Beach, we=
are meeting in the parking
lot at 9:00 am, for those of you who are interested in transportation, this=
means that Friday evening is best,
unless you want to leave bright and early Saturday morning from the toot.=
Normal travel time is 1.5 hours,
but this is memorial day weekend so expect a backup at Sagamore Bridge so=
allow an extra hour.
Additionally you should be at my house 30 min before we leave. If you are=
still exhausted from finals the
latest recommended departure time on Saturday is 6:00 am. I am still=
trying to see if we can get a small
evening project as well at the homeless shelter, But at least we have a=
project now (assuming mother
nature decides to corperate)
How to get to my house:
Take 93 south to the Split at Braintree, stay on Route 3 south going=
towards Cape Cod. Stay on Rt 3 until
you reach the Sagamore bridge rotery ~55-60 miles. At the rotery, go=
around 180 degrees and go over the
bridge, believe me you cannot miss it. You are now on Route 6 East, also=
known as the mid cape. Stay
on Rt 6 until you reach exit 8, ~20 miles. This is the first exit in=
Dennis, at the end of the ramp make a
right towards the south onto Station Ave and shift to the right lane. You=
will drive though a light, go straight.
At the next light (Old Town House Road) you will turn right (the right lane=
is right turn only) On Old Town House
Road you will drive for about .8 miles make a left when you reach Abbot, it=
is noticable because it is in the
middle of a white wooden fence. Alpine Street is the second right off of=
Abbot I live in the first complex facing Abbot
on the left 12 Alpine. It is the upstairs complex.
