Hi, all,
I talked again with the custodian, he said that small things
he could easily hold for me, larger things I'd have a day's notice. I
thought that we'd have to remove larger things the same day, which is
why I proposed daily trips to see if anything needed carting away.
Also, the major throw-away carnage is in August: the annual
kick-out-the-residents day is Aug 15 this year, and both before and
after there will be a lot of stuff being tossed for no apparent good
reason.
In the meantime, he said he'd tell me if anything even halfway
interesting turned up.
Thanks for the responses, I'll keep track of them! As for when to
actually do the *building*, I dunno. I wish I could wave my hands and
have my thesis magically done, but alas (if it were done, I'd already
be building things instead of logged in).
