The latest revision of the AX version of Robert's Rules
of Order are available in
/mit/apo/AdHoc_Committees/Rules/roberts_rules_of_order-ver5.ps
Paper copies will appear in the office later today.
They are much the same as the last version printed in November of
'96 with the correction of a few typos and changing a few things
to match what we actually do (some situations I have actually never
seen anywhere but here).
If you have comments, please email them to apo-rules@mit.edu and
I'll take a look. Assuming the incoming president approves them
they will take effect starting with the second half of I-banquet.
