So, I've often said the only good part of New Jersey is Cape May. And
it's all the way at the southern tip trying to run away from the rest
of the state. (Sorry to all you NJ-ites. :)
I want you all to see this goodness in NJ as I have an be converted. :)
And I've got the perfect plan to help you see the light.
I have a house in Cape May. I mentioned it in a rather lengthy email
in December. I don't really want to go back through and recount all the
splendours of my house--it's been done. Sorry to the pledges for this
term who weren't on the mailing list at the time. If you wanna know
details, ask me.
It's a block from the beach, incredibly relaxing, and has a perfect porch
for a card game, and a perfect backyard for a cookout.
I'm opening the house to all you folks from 5/23-5/31. That should be a
Saturday through a Sunday, but I don't have a calendar here. If you need
to come a day early or leave a day late, that's cool too.
If enough of us go down there, we can buy food and do the communal eating
thing and alla that.
If you want to go, please let me know *ASAP* regardless of how late I
sent this out. Let me know a few things.
1) what days would you be *able* to go?
2) what days would you *ideally* go?
3) do you have a car/room for people?
4) are you bringing anyone not related to the chapter in any way?
(if so, how many, and who--and know that you personally
are responsible for their behavior)
I'll give out directions as you respond, so that I know I have some way
to guarantee responses. :)
