Ok, we have a co-project with ESP this weekend at E51 helping
staff the registration booth for this conference that is
being sponsored by the Hollingworth Center for Gifted Children
and ESP. Basically, they want some of us to help man the booth,
which probably will require only minimal effort, and there will
likely be lots of time for tooling alongside, and they also want
a few people to be able to run errands.
You are welcome, as well, to attend the conference. In this
conference they provide really fun and mind challenging activities
for young gifted minds, and you are more than welcome to attend
and test your skills as well (then again, they are interested in
having some of us around to keep an eye on the kids, make sure
they don't get lost, get hurt, etc).
This is a two day project. I don't expect anyone to work both days,
but if you can, that would be highly appreciated. There will be
less to do on Sunday, and so if you have to pick a day to work,
please work on Saturday, but I do need some to work sunday. You
are welcome to come and go as needed, but the more people I can
get to commit, the more flexible it will be.
Currently the plan is to meet at the Tang Center Lobby at
7:30 am. I know that this time isn't great, but I have to get
up at that time for both Saturday and Sunday :) Please let me
know whether you are coming Saturday or Sunday, and please do
this ASAP so I can tell her what kind of manpower we have.
Also, please indicate what times you are thinking of being there.
