Hi, all,
Rev 0 of the conclave transport schedule has some "bugs,"
hopefully to be fixed here. THOSE OF YOU LISTED AT THE BOTTOM of this
letter: *ALL* of you please email me your constraints for Friday: when
is the earliest you can leave. I do mean ALL because things look a
little tight at the moment. We have on Friday four guaranteed
drivers:
Ira: comfortable room for 3 more
Sparky: comfortable room for 2 more, meeting at the office at 3:45
Ellen: a bit tight with room for 6 more, leaving the office 3:45 SHARP!!!
Me: rental car (long story) with room for 3 more.
Conveniently (or not) there are 14 other brothers who are definately
going. Ari's car may or may not be ready. If it is, things will
become much easier all around, but I'm not counting on that until he
drives up to the student center. Ellen will pull into traffic no
later than 4; if she's not full, some people just won't be going. I
want to leave as close to 4pm as possible; like Ellen, I want to avoid
as much rush hour and have as much leeway as possible for the
evacuation drill.
