Sorry for the delay. Jill had 6.170 and then genwuapo wasn't
working 'cause I don't use it (or something) and then I was a dork.
Minutes_of_(3/10/98)___________
Administrative notes: Laura and a third of the chapter were not
present, due to the .003 test; so therefore we channeled the missing
parties and I (Jill) took and typed up minutes
Start: 7 pm; End:7:30 pm Present: Melissa, Lizzie, Jill, Katie, Lan, Emily,
Cathy, Joe Kuchta, jefreypu, Yale, pipa, ari, Grant, Ira, brad l.
Officers' reports:
SVP (Melissa): next week, conflict resolution and pizza(it's a chapter skill!)
talk to Cathy about it
MVP (Grant): (cathy channeling grant) we have a new pledge - brad ito. and
Kapunga (paul thordarson) has a big - brian
AVP (Laura): (Jill channeling laura) meep....meep.....forms have been updated,
and minutes have been done
Treasurer (Lizzie): (lizzie is actually here!) we have money. we voted to buy a
computer and install a net drop, and not get a new coke machine
FC (Ari): friday is bowling and IHop. more people go-safer it will be. moxy
happened. will be "let's get the inactives back" study break soon. might have
study break where people are studying. people should sign up for steak fry
APOcEd (pipa): deadline was yesterday. (Jeff is channeling pipa....she came
late) another one coming out soon. SuBMIT!
ASC (Brian): (Lizzie Channeling brian) keep office clean OR ELSE
PubDir (Emily): emily is actually here I have a staple updated Infinite
Corridor board, put posters outside of door, if you want projects to be
publicized outside the chapter, please talk to me. Any suggestions
for the inifinite corridor, please talk to me
Historian (Ann-Marie): no arccom this week
Advisory Comm. Chair (Joe): nothing to report
President (Oscar): (lizzie channelling oscar) ugh....DAMN TEST! (he's not
present....)

Melissa: move we apporve ellen cranzer as a new advisor
Jeffrey: why? anything changed lately?
Joe: I want her to be an official advisor. she's available for transportation,
she knows the chapter, can relate to is. Plus, I'm thinking of stepping down
as head of the advisory committee soon, and be a "normal" advisor, for I still
want to be an advisor, but not necessarily the chair.

next: elections for voting delegates for conclave Jake and Melissa elected,
with Susama as an alternate
Announcements:
Lizzie: we'll be tying ourselves to bowling balls, meet in office at 11 pm
Grant: pledge meeting, friday, 7 , office
Emily: talk to laura, put your events in the wuapo (random quote: she's the
wuapo gestapo (loosely attributed to brad))
Ari: have a booth next mon and tues for homeless shelter fundraiser; katie is
the pub. pc
Melissa: silkscreening. talk to me

pipa: I irradiated plexiglass in lab today
Lizzie: I moved, it sucked. there is no room to stnad in in my new apartment.
but my new floors are actually perpendicular to the walls now
Lan: come see next act, form april 7-9 in the main loung (the TFL) in next
house (former avp note: next house is far)
Melissa: I'm getting a real computer to run ktelnet
Jill: I finished my 6.170 pset. yay!
