Hi Everyone:
I'm trying to put together a transport list for Conclave. The
following people are going:
Brian OROD
Pipa Jill
Ari Melissa
Susama Ira
Rachel Caileff Jeffrey
Cathy Emily Marcus
Grant Carolyn Jones
Lizzie Jake Beal
Ingrid David Maze
Laura Michael Salib
Brad Lichtenstein Ellen Krazner
We need to be there by 10pm Friday. We will be leaving by 10:30am
Sunday. It takes 2-3 hours to get there, I think. Some cars might
stop at LL Bean, some cars might stop for food.
I need all of you who are going to tell me a few things
1) What time do you want to leave MIT?
2)Do you have a car and are willing to drive?
3)If you do have a car, how many people can you take.
4)Do you need to leave Conclave early or arrive late?
5)Do you want to go to LL Bean, do you care if you don't get to go?
So far we have 3 cars, Ari, Susuma and Ellen. We need at least 2
more. So if you can drive, please tell me. Also, if you would be
willing to drive and rent a rental car (you will be reimbursed) please
tell me that as well.
I know this is short notice, But I need your answers by 11pm
tonight (Weds) or I won't have time to get this together. If I don't
get responses from you, I will just assign you a car and a time to leave.
