A workshop on "RESOLVING CONFLICT THROUGH LISTENING" will be held
March 14 from 10am to 2:30pm in PDR 1&2, in the Student Center. Learn
about and practice the key skill of negotiation and mediation: active
listening.
In the workshop, working with mediation@mit, we hope to cover ways of
better listening to people, and touch a bit on mediation, both formal
and informal.
To sign up for this workshop, or for more information, email
cmcoury@mit.edu. A $5 donation is requested to cover the cost of
pizza. :) Signups MUST be received by March 4.
