Hi there. Couple of notes. Things seem to be going well,
but I just wanted to note a few things.
1) I have found out that a couple of people don't know
how to do the process of selling books and such. Just
so you know, most brothers do, and you can ask someone
to show you anything you need to know. But first of
all, make sure you read the how to sell books sheet.
Its currently taped to the table near the door, and is
also online at
/mit/apo/Projects/BookExchange/Operation/instrS98.tex
2) I need someone to take charge of takedown. I want to
brief the person who takes charge how I want it done,
so that there is no confusion about how it will happen.
Having been at exchanges where there was a difference
in opinion on this, I want to make sure that we do
one thing and nothing else. This is pretty much
going to happen anyway, I just want to make sure that
someone is in charge. I need to do an LSC shift
which I haven't found a substitute for.
3) There was a strong box key in the office, it is
no longer there. Whoever last used the strong box
key that was in the office should let us know (us
being probably orod) where the key was, because it
is missing now.
