I realize the social scene is rather busy right now, but I am hosting
a modest birthday party for ***me***. 30 Norfolk St. in Cambridge,
two blocks from the Central Square T stop, starting about 8pm.
1/23/98, 8pm, be there or miss a nice party. Elboids, MIT assassins,
APO brothers, Fen-beings, engineers, researchers, etc. will be welcome.

I will make sure of the presence of Mary Chung's "suans" and some
Peking Ravs, Tosci's ice cream, and some decent munchies&veggies from
the Harvest Co-op across the street, and a modest amount of decent beer.

If anyone wants to bring cool stuff to watch (B5, anime, strange
musical videos, etc.) there is a TV/VCR. The bank parking lot next
door is available for cars, and the upstairs neighbors are businesses
that go home at 6pm. The lovely Rachel Kadel will be present, as well
as the orange&black feline furball Pishi Terrorist (warning to folks with
allergies).

I also would like to play at least one round of "HACKERS", the Steve
Jackson signed copy of that being present in the apartment. The
apartment is a decent size two-bedroom with study and decent kitchen,
so up to about 20 folks can fit a bit crowded.

RSVP's to raoul@tiac.net or (617) 864-1440 would help me plan
refreshments, etc. If anyone would care to post this in the APO
office, that would be welcome.

<PGP is obviously a good idea: look at who objects to it.>
