Officers' reports:

MVP (Jeffrey): PTRM is at 2pm on Saturday. Pledge feedback will be running
simultaneously. I-banquet will be on the following Friday.
AVP (Melissa): I took minutes. That is all.
FC (Brian P.): Friday. 7pm. Office emergency expansion plan
B. Never-ending movie night resumes.
APOcEd (David): Get APOcs. They're orange. There will be another one out before
I-banquet. Gimme article. (Outgoing, incoming, personals...) by the end
of classes.
SVP (Susama): Project on Saturday. Early. Ann-Marie is PCing this
project to the Cambridge Community Learning Center. We'll be
sorting books for their book sale.
ASC (Cathy): Emergency expansion plan B actually means leaving the
office as it is.
PubDir (Pipa): I made paper appear. And in the future, put clean drop
poster stuff away.
Historian (Carolyn J.): Little to report. We have new pictures.
Treasurer (Matt): Our official voting members are (Insert: list)
President (Lizzie): We had a meeting about APO youth grants. We decided to hold off until next year, in order to do a good job.
Friday there's a Holiday Formal at WPI. Talk to Rachel or Susama
if you're looking for a ride.
Regionals are from the 28th til the 30th in Reading, PA.
And for the MMA Spring Conclave registration is being sent in RSN.

Carnival (Ari): UA finally gave us a check for last year's Carnival. But
it was short $.73. Oh well.
Conclave (Cathy): Conclave happened. It was okay. Stuff happened.
Tools (Jake): I brought tools. This one (show frob) can save your life.
Silkscreening (Cathy): Anyone interested in becoming silkscreening chair?

Susama: Carnival. Here's my proposal. Discuss.
someone: Motion to allow Susama to start planning for Carnival, as proposed,
allowing for corrections to grammar and spelling.
Vote- 10 in favor, 3 against, 3 abstaining.
