Officers' reports:

FC (Brian P.): Friday jefreypu slimes everyone into LSC. Saturday 6pm is Jill's
B-day trip. And go work at Shakespeare Ensemble's carnival. The
neverending movie night will be the weekend after Thanksgiving break.
SVP (Susama): Sunday's park cleaning at Amory Woods needs 10 people. (UPDATE-
project cancelled.) Saturday morning at 7:30 am we're registering
people for SPLASH. And unless there is more enthusiasm, there won't
be any December projects.
MVP (Jeffrey): (via email) Pledge interviews are happening. People should
definitely try to make it to them. If you are a big brother, you
should try and schedule an interview with your little.
I had a good pledge meeting last night, where I basically asked them
questions about how things went for them, and the response has been
pretty good. Only suggestions were more on campus projects, that
pledging may be a little intimidating to people who aren't sure til
much later that they want to join, and that its still been pretty hard
to meet people on occassion.
So, schedule and attend interviews.
AVP (Melissa): Contrary to popular belief, we DO have this room scheduled. And
the minutes are being processed.
Treasurer (Matt): If you ate at CWII, give me money. We lost the list of people
who went. And pay your debts. Or I'll make crossing signal noises.
APOcEd (David): No APOcs. They'll be out early next week. SUBMIT!
ASC (Cathy): The office was somewhat cleaned. It's no longer a Federal
disaster area. (everyone: yay!)
PubDir (Pipa): I'll be ordering more Drop Poster Receipt Forms. If you open the
last roll o' paper, tell me!
XXXLizzie: CONCLAVE BUSINESS-MMA will be hosting Spring term
Conclave on a boat. The first hundred people to register get private

accomodations; everyone else is sharkbait.
KO at UMA is hosting fall '98 conclave. It's a "Mystery" conclave
theme. (Sexfext theme on Fri?)
CPW-Dec. 28-30 in Reading, PA. Need to know whether you want to go
by the 13th, when hotel rates go up. $50 for a hotel room, and it
can be split four ways. About $7 registration, $20 for the meal.
Dec. 5 at WPI-Winter formal. $5 in advance, no more than $10 at
the door. (Note: Pipa wants to go see the "cute" WPI guys.)

Maybe we should have student groups do booths?
Finboard submissions for funding are due Dec. 3, if we so desire.
Get a band? MIT musical groups? If it happens, it will be in
Mid-to-late May. A "go-ahead" from the chapter is necessary to
apply for funding. (discussion. and more discussion. yet apparentle
fruitful discussion.)
Vote to allow Susama to go ask admin and student groups and finboard
and anyone else...4 in favor, 3 opposed.
