MomComm II: Revenge of the Chapter

The MomComm on the voting policy proceeded pretty much as expected:
that is to say, with much flamage and little finalization. However,
many good points were made, many good suggestions suggested, and I
would like to thank very much everyone who came and gave of their
time and ideas. You are appreciated!!!!
We did resolve that the MVP should write up a suggested EOT policy
(End Of Term policy) and place it in the apo account for open flamage,
er, I mean, discussion. We also decided on a second MomComm to be held
on Monday Feb 15, at 7:30pm in the office, in order to come up with a final
recommendation to submit to the chapter.
My submitted policy is in /mit/apo/Officers/MVP, as "voting.policy".
Please read it, think about it, and have *CONSTRUCTIVE* comments for
the Monday meeting.
