SVP (Susama): Go to Conclave. Go to projects at Conclave.
Help out at Conclave. You may also be able to catch up on
projects and get credit for 2 projects.
Splash registration project on the 22nd. We need about 5 people.
There may also be a park clean-up at Amory Woods. So if ET people
are interested, they need only roll out of bed.
Lizzie: Rollin', rollin', rollin'....
SVP (Susama): ...which would need about ten people.
MVP (Jeffrey): Schedule pledge interviews. Get feedback.
AVP (Melissa): I'm taking minutes.
Treasurer (Matt): I'm not here. I'm @ a 5.12 exam. But pay your debts.
I mean it. You know who you are.
FC (Brian P.): There was a gathering on the Cape last weekend.
Yay for picking fights.
This weekend is Conclave. Look for lunch trips and 6.5 hours of planned
spontaneity.
Shakespeare thingy is the weekend after that. As is Jill's birthday dinner
to an Indian restaurant. And Jeff's FREE birthday trip to see LSC present
AIR FORCE ONE. (Yay slime.)

Carnival (Susama): I talked to Andy Eisenmann.
He approved a preliminary plan. Details to follow.
Conclave (Cathy): Conclave is happening in 2 days.
There's a meeting tomorrow. 9pm. If you're on the Conclave committee,
or if you're interested, come.
Show up! Sign up to work. And wear snazzy staff shirts while you work.
Buy regular Conclave shirts. and Glasses.
There will be a LEAP for the first time in this section, which is a
leadership development workshop. And other fun stuff.
New Business:

President (Lizzie): Last meeting, we elected two conclave voting delgates;
alas, one cannot make it. So we need another delegate. Anyone interested?
(David Maze is.) Congrats, Dave, you're a voting delegate.
SVP (Susama): Last project at Mass Halfway House was cancelled
because they thought we were incompetent. Anyway...Other community
service groups need computers. So go to your dorms and houses and look for
old usable computers/parts to donate to local places that need them.
Joe Kuchta: 224 Albany Street is loaded with old computers.
Maybe we could check out there.
SVP (Susama): The Boys and Girls Club in Somerville needs tutors...
2pm to 7pm Monday through Thursday and 3pm to 6pm on Friday. If you're
interested, check out the mail Ari sent or talk to me.
President (Lizzie): NomComm met, and came up with a list of potential candidates
for officers next term. Nominations are open until the position is filled
and the nominations are-
