As by now you should all be aware, Alpha Chi is hosting this term's conclave.
This means that it's local and easy to get to and funfunfun, but it's also
a lot of work. Which is where you all come in. If you'd like to volunteer
your services for the weekend of November 14-16, please let me know. There
is a signup sheet in the office. If you have a time during which you can
work, but don't really care what the tasks are, let me know that. If, when
you'll be avaiable to help, you will also have a car at your disposal, let
me know that too. The two ways to get the message to me that you're planning
to devote some time to help us out are through email to me and through the
signup sheets. Again, I encourage participation and welcome all help and any
time that you may be able to provide. I hope to hear from you real soon now.
