The donor center in Burlington has closed, something I only found out
earlier this week; however, there will be a drive set up at another location
in Burlington on November 10.
Therefore, the next Blood Drive and Dinner Trip will be Monday, November 10
at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Burlington. This date still allows us to go
back to the first Tuesday schedule in January. As always, please RSVP so I
know how many people to expect. If you need a ride, contact me so I can
arrange it.
If you are going to donate blood, please arrive between 6pm & 6:45pm. I'll
try to have slot set aside, but I've been playing telephone tag with the
person in the group donor office so I don't know if that will happen.
Directions to the Wyndham Garden Hotel:
From the North: Take 95/128 South to Exit 32B. Go left off the exit ramp. At
the second set of lights (Wheeler Road.) go left. (Wheeler Rd. is located
between the Tweeter store and a liquor store.) The second building you pass
will be the Wyndham Garden Hotel. [they don't say what to do coming from
South, but I believe the directions are actually the same except for the
number of lights].
Looking at the little map, it looks like the hotel is off the same exit of
128 you'd use for the old donor site or the Burlington mall and it is just
inside of 128 behind the Tweeter store.
