well, if you're in the mad scientist room at the haunted house, you get to be
Frankenstein
<or his monster....>
anyway, this october 25, which is a saturday, we will be participating
in a haunted "fort" on george's island in the harbor. We are getting
the same rooms as last year, which are the torture chamber <they have
a rack and a REAL bed of nails> and the mad scientist room <equiped
with dry ice, test tubes, plastic frogs...>
so, wake up bright and early and scare kiddies and have fun!
We will be meeting in the office at 7:30 and LEAVING at 8 am
so that we make the boat at long wharf which is DEPARTING at 9 am. I
need to know asap who is going, so I can call the MDC and give them a
number. This project can take lots of people; about 20 people came
last year and it was a lot of fun.
You can dress up in anything.....grant and I dressed up all in black
last year, wore some hoods they had there, painted our faces, and were
ghouls in the torture chamber, torturing people---it was fun.
charlie didn't dress up, and then he put a sweater in his shirt and
was the hunchback "igor" who was the mad scientist's assisstant
you can also come as normal people, and we will torture you
;)
<just kidding>
also, they will be serving lunch, but it is from donations, so if you
are allergic to anything <like me> you should bring your own
also, bring drinking water, as there will be some there, but not much
<it's an island>
