President (Lizzie): So I sent out mail about this meeting and today's
agenda, but I only sent it to me. Oops.
SVP (Susama): See wuapo. We have a Road Race, Breast Cancer Walk,
Shelter Inc, Chapter Weekend II, George's Island, and UMOC coming up.
MVP (Jeffrey): Pledge article meal happened. It was fun.
Big-brother-little-brother-thingy happened. It was fun. I got inverted
and wet. And we have 13 or 14 pledges. I've already lost count.
AVP (Melissa): Nothing to report.
Treasurer (Matt): Pay your debts.
FC (Brian P.): If you want to know what happened at the BBLB thingy,
tough. You should have been there. But I'll tell you this; there was
no play-doh involved. Steak Fry is coming up. I-Banquet is to be PC'd
by Chris Falling. And APOAPOAPO (the Annual Pledge Organized APO Apple
Picking Outing is being PC's by Brad.
APOcEd (David): (As Lizzie plays the role of Vanna and shows the
chapter the shiny, new APOCs) We have the APOCrypha. Next one will
come out really soon now_probably in two or three weeks.
ASC (Cathy): Play-doh sucks. And Steak Fry is coming soon...so get
your valuables (i.e. Bran'nola) into a safe spot, else they'll be
auctioned.
PubDir (Pipa): Nothing to report.
Historian (Carolyn J.): Do we want our picture in the Technique? Discuss.
President (Lizzie): The Section 88/89 Conference is happening in
Syracuse from Oct. 24-26. If you want to go, the deadline is NOW.
Committee reports:

Coke Chair (Melissa): We got this new crufty, old Coke machine to
supplement our old crufty old Coke machine. Neither of them are
working, so if you have fix-it clue, talk to me.
Conclave Chair (Cathy): Sign up soon to attend Conclave. The deadline
is officially October 22. Also, sign up to work at Conclave. (THESE
TWO ARE NOT MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE!) We'll need about five or ten people
every hour, every day. Except when we don't, like when everyone else
is asleep. Then we'll only need one or two.
UMOC Chair (Melissa): Gimme sub-PCs. I need treasury, prizes,
candidates, publicity, and manpower sub-PCs.
New Business:

President (Lizzie): Carnival. Do we want to do it? Discuss.
(Susama is psyched. She agrees to convene meeting of interested people
like Matt, Jake, et al. who think that Carnival has a chance.)
(Many are unpsyched, citing apathy on campus for last year's flop.)
President (Lizzie): Let's table this until ExecComm, where we'll
decide whether to vote on this at the next chapter meeting.

the best ad for a project that gets submitted to the next APOC.
