Hi! We will be having our first pledge ceremony of the term this
upcoming Monday at 8:30 P.M. The room to meet in will be 1-135 (or in
that general vicinity as we are still waiting on schedules for
confirmation).
Any prospectives interested in pledging should feel free to attend,
and we will be going for ice cream at Toscii's after the ceremony.
(And we buy the ice cream for pledges :) Dress for the ceremony is
casual, although you are welcome to dress more formally if you would
like.
A note to prospectives unsure about if they would like to pledge: we like to
pledge people as soon as possible so that they have a good size pledge
term, so if you are even thinking about pledging, I would like to encourage
you to pledge, as you can decide whether APO is for you during your pledge term.
No one will come and hunt you down if you decide not to pledge. No salesman
will visit you. etc.
So please attend if you are interested in pledging in Alpha Phi Omega.
