Hello, all! I'd like to invite you all to an awesome project this
Saturday (Sept. 13)! We'll be going to the Mass. Ave T station and
doing some gardening and raking in a park behind the station. This is
a project with the MDC (Metropolitan District Commission), and I think
it will be really cool. You want to come. ;) The project is expected
to last until 2 pm, but you can duck out early if you need to.
Also, in the middle of project we're going to have A PICNIC!!!!!!!!
(Some of us are excited.) Everyone at project is welcome to partake
of the food. Veggie food will be available. Please make sure that we
(me, the PC, and Brian <brians@mit.edu> the picnic PC) know you want
veggie.
So if you want to come on project, please either SIGN UP IN THE OFFICE
or REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE! Remember to tell us if you want veggie
food. And if you signed up as a maybe on the sheet, please decide to
come (or not, if you really want it that way).
To sum up:
Who: YOU!!!
What: gardening, pruning, raking
Where/When: APO office at 8 am
Mass Ave station 'til 2 pm
Why: 'Cause it's fun! :)
What else: Bring bus fare (60 cents each way, exact change) so that
we can all get there and back. Maybe you want sun screen.
