apo-announce: a low-traffic list containing brothers, prospectives, inactives,
friends of the chapter, etc. DO NOT SEND MAIL TO THIS LIST. Send it to the
AVP to send to the chapter.
apo-printshop, apo-silkscreen: You can guess at these.
