Officers' reports:

Cathy: (while wearing Conclave chair's hat) Conclave is happening.
Minutes are in /mit/apo/Conclave/Minutes. The next meeting
isn't scheduled yet; it will be scheduled around the next chapter
meeting.
MVP (Jeffrey): Activities Midway happened. Poster campus, please.
Hi, Matt. Open meeting is Saturday at 2pm. SVP, Pres, and
Fellowship chairs should be there.
MomComm meeting will be next week. We'll be discussing
pledge requirements and brotherhood expectations.
AVP (Melissa): We have rooms and minutes.
SVP (Susama): We have projects. CWI (jointly with the AXAA)
needs PCs.
Also, should we have a database of ongoing projects for places
that need 1 or 2 people on a regular basis?
Oscar: Maybe we should check with the PSC first to see what they
have.
Historian (Brian): We have pictures. I might do something soon.
Jeffrey: Yay lameness.
FC (Brian P.): Laura rocks. Thanks for all the stuff she did this sum-
mer. Also, there will be a picnic before/after on of our projects
this term. Details will come out as soon as I have a conversation
with the SVP about our schedule.
Advisory Comm. Chair (Yale): Hi.
Treasurer (Matt): RCA says that I need to fill out yet another form.
That will happen this weekend, as will cleaning up stuff.
Daniel: nothing to report
Jill: (As PubDir) We have paper.
Michael: nothing to report
President (Lizzie): (Discussion) Chapter meetings will probably be
Wednesdays at 7pm. ExecComms will be alternate Wednesdays
at 7pm.
Also, Joe Kuchta is retiring. He's been aound since 1973 or 1974.
Yale: We could try to make him a National Pledge Namesake. We'd
need lots of tesatimonials. Talk to mrn, Sparky, Ellen, John
Kohl, and other people scattered around the country. Also, this
should be kept quiet.
SVP (Susama): (again) Blah blah blah. Survey? Keep track of pop-
ular projects to further assist the svp? Or perhaps I can increase
project attendance by having some sort of service recognition at
the bi-weekly chapter meetings.
I'm also planning on starting a phone tree. (Or phone bush,
since some people are violently opposed to making phone calls.)
If you like to call people, talkk to me.
Also, we should have more alums at projects/chapter skills thin-
gies because our current brothers suck.
