Hi guys, This is your friendly neighborhood SVP speaking. Rush and term is
about to start, so I'm going to ask people for a bit of help now. (I.E. I
am refusing to PC each and every project that I plan to be on). There a bunch
of things going on that I'm going to need PC's and manpower for. There is the
Freshman essay evaluation on the 22nd of August that Cathy sent out mail for,
thank you Cathy. On the 30th of August there is the reception at the
president's house, that we need 6 to 8 people to help with the reception there.
It usually involves crowd control, but i don't know exactly what is going on.
People need to be there at 9, I think they provide breakfast. That is until
12:30. We need people for activities midway. Someone needs to gather people
up for that and make sure there is a booth set up and people there. There
is an open project on the 31rst of August. That's a Sunday. The project is
at CASPAR, a shelter in Cambridge. Dan has volunterred to PC that. Thank you
Dan. I am assuming that he will send out more mail about that as that
approaches. Then _I_ _need_ _help_ _for_ _REGISTRATION_!! I need a PC for
this and PEOPLE PEOPLE PEOPLE to work it. There need to be a group of people
working the tables all day. PLEASE help out. This is a large project, and
is our main source of $$. But most of you know this. So please help out.
If I don't have PC's for any of these by Saturday, I'm going to randomly pick
people out of a hat to do the job, so you may get stuck with it anyway.
