Hello folks. Its time for those ASA flyers to go out. I need someone
to actually go to the stuffing for me, since it is on a Wednesday
when I will be out at Cape Cod (next to the fact that the project
I am working on now is due the next day :) I have a copy of what
I submitted to the ASA in my mailing box (third from the top on the
left side--the mailing boxes are to the right of the door if you
are looking out into the hallway from the office).
Whoever does this for me will need to make 1000 copies of the submission
and write ASA a check for the cost of the mailing. Both will be reimbursed,
just leave me an RFP and I will sign it (for the copies, you can ask
someone who knows how to use the Req book).
If you are interested in doing this, please let me know ASAP.
Thanks to everyone for a really enjoyable 4th of July weekend. I miss
you all already.
YiLFS,
Jeffrey

Subject: Important ASA Summer Mailing information
ASA is organizing a mailing to all incoming freshmen. We have
received submissions from student groups (see below), and the date for
the stuffing of the envelopes has been tentatively set for next
Wednesday, July 16, starting at 6pm. Each student group participating
must send one person to help stuff the envelopes and bring
approximately 1000 copies of what they are sending. Also, student
groups will need to bring a check to cover their portion of the cost
of the postage (probably about $25). More detailed instructions will
follow in a separate e-mail sent only to participating groups.
Below is a list of all submissions ASA has received for the mailing.
If any group that wants to participate is not on the list, they must
bring one copy of their submission to the UA Office (W20-401) sometime
before noon on Tuesday and leave it in the ASA mailbox. Because the
packet must be pre-approved by the Post Office for the non-profit
rate, no substitutions are possible after the packet has been
approved.
