Subject: Looking for Commencement Volunteers

We are looking for students and staff to assist with the assembling
of graduates for the Commencement Procession. These "Aides" will assist
the Commencement Marshals from 8:15 am to 9:45 am Commencement Morning
Friday, June 6, 1997, in the Johnson Athletics Center- second floor. It
will be a great opportunity to say Congratulations and good bye to the
Class of 1997.
There will be a training session and rehearsal from 10:00 am to 11:15 am
Wednesday, June 4, 1997.
If you are interested in volunteering this year, please return the
following information to <tej@mit.edu> or call Ted Johnson, Assistant
Marshal, at 3-3913. Thank you.
