Old Business: none

New Business:
~~~~~~~~~~~~
David: So should we reduce $20 in late fees on $1.50 worth of late stuff
to $10? It was 10 days late, but $20 is a bit much... vote:(all-
none-none).
Lizzie: We left the rest of the meetings to be scheduled later. The first
meeting is on Wednesday 8/27 during Rush. It's an ExecComm.
(insert generic discussion here)
Susama: We have projects. (See totally tentative brand spankin' new
edition of WUAPO for details)
David: Can I PC a Red-line study break on 9/7/97?
Michael: Let's swap Open Meeting I and Open Project I.
Ari: Do we actually have Mezzanine Lounge for Book Exchange?
Melissa: Yes.
Jeffrey: Is there a summer list.
Melissa: Not yet. It will happen.
Michael: Summer projects?
Susama: How many summer projects would be good? One per month?
Two? One per week?
Lizzie: Four a day.
Susama: One or two per month. Settled.
Ari: We should get summer minority pre-frosh.
(discussion)
Ari: How about fellowship event over the summer? Rhode island study
break? LLBean study break?
Alexis: Let's look at the budget.
Matt: There are only a few changes since last year's. Conclave is
new. And the historian's budget went back down after Charlie's
changes in archiving.
(general discussion...people wondering if we should keep increase in his-
torian's budget to allow for photo developing, film, etc.)
Ari: We should also budget to fix up computer to accomodate database
stuff.
