2 sundays from today: floating hospital road race. Playing with kids and
helping run the race.

Afterfinals: Memorail Day weekend (23-25 of May) @ camp resolute.

AVP (Jill): minutes almost up to schedule. graduating seniors- please

Treasurer (Cathy): Pay yer debts. I will shake you upside and down
and break your kneecaps.... ;) DJR order is here; you have
already been debtlisted for it.
FC (Charley): thanks to the DJ's for SFF (semi-formal formal), was
a success. Dinner trip after PTRM.
APOcEd (Jeffrey): APOC's are here. come get one if you haven't
already. contains candidate articles . two more APOC's are
forthcoming before my term ends.
ASC (Lauren): not present
PubDir (David): nothing to report
Historian (Brian): nothing to report
Advisory Comm. Chair (Joe): nothing to report
President (Alexis): UNH has T-shirts from their recent Conclave if
people want them. Next Wednesday is a possible joint execcom.
Committee reports:

Carnival: it's over!!!!! There's much paperwork to do. and Carnival
doesn't have to pay for an electrician.
Conclave Committee: have space for lodging, have concomm meet-
ing soon (tuesday at 8 pm), have most of building one plus other
rooms reserved, and the planned date is Nov 14-16.

The talk about Charlie's new standing policy was delayed due to Char-
lie's not being at the meeting and the lack of copies for people to read.
the next item of business: elections Alexis: remember, it is possible
to have a vote of no confidence; for example, leave your ballot
blank and elect no one if you think no one is qualified for the
job. we can always elect someone later.
