Minutes of ExecComm (March 12, 1997)

Officers' reports:

SVP (Lizzie): cw is this weekend. Jeff is the PC, and servecomm
in the office on Monday at 7pm (alexis can't go- she says "i'm
sorry") and I (lizzie) will make phone calls on Friday to set up
service projects

Haven't done much this week except last weeks minutes have been sent
to the list no latex processing yet reservations are done. Russle light is
the new pres of asa; susan is on finboard since she is an asa officer now.
They are being annoying about book exchange room for next term. All
of you have gotten emails that I've sent back and forth between me and
elizabeth cogliano. Next house is reserved for steak fry.
Treasurer (Cathy): give me money
This includes money for sectionals or rpi conclave, for instance. If you
have topics for fincomm or want to be on it, talk to me
FC (Charley): shakespeare & pizza this friday
steak fry is happening, invites have gone out. Brithday list online is
almost completely updated. Museum trip not rescheduled yet. I still
need pcs for 2 dinner trips.

I typed up 4 page summary of what went down at cppc, then ringworld
said "we're sorry, this file is blank" I sent in conclave forms and $, so
if you want to go, you will have to see me and pay extra late fees

Carnival: we're doing something were trying to make it happen-help

Conclave: we met, we're going to meet again, probably next Monday
or Tuesday. No time set for meeting, hoping to ask people when
time would be good (hoping that people who missed it couldnt
make it) anyone who's interested, tell me when you can make
it, please.
