Officers' reports:

SVP (Lizzie): Aids ride, meet in office at 9am or come later. Sign up
yes or no. Next weekend chapter weekend, Jeff needs Subpcs.

MVP (Michael): Pledge ceremonies have occured. We have 6 pledges.
BBLB Study break 5pm this Saturday.
AVP (Jill): (not present) WUAPOs are updated, signups updated.
She wants people to correct their names/numbers
Treasurer (Cathy): We have money. Pay your debts. People drank a
lot of soda and ate candy. DJR order going in after this meeting.
Tell me if you have anything for Fincomm.
FC (Charley): I'm updating the birthday server list. Dinner trip this
Friday to Vinnie Testas. Trip to the science museum postponed
indefinetely. I need PCs for two more dinner trips. April 12 and
April 19. 12 people are coming from Wake forest university for
a service project over Sunday night and are looking for housing
APOcEd (Jeffrey): Everyone should have the new APOC. I still have
copies of the last issue.
ASC (Lauren): (not present) nothing to report
PubDir (David): Officers please send me blurbs of upcoming stuff
Historian (Brian): nothing to report
Advisory Comm. Chair (Joe): nothing to report
President (Alexis): We had a CPPC. We set a couple goals to have
20 to 25 projects per term and to add a new project per term.
Also to have projects sufficiently attended. If you're looking at
a sign up sheet and think you don't have to go because there are
lots of people, you're wrong.. Also talk to your bigs and littles.
UNH is having a conclave. There are four service projects. They
will talk to us after committee reports. Indicate if you want to
be a voting delegate. The fee is $35

Carnival: It's happening
Conclave: we're trying to work out logistics. We're meeting Monday
at 8:30.

Conclave at UNH UNH reporting
April 11-April 13th. We'll have basketball, a banquet, double beds, a
pool, workshops, voting, 4 service projects, and waking up at 7am. The
projects are
1) Meals on wheels 2) My friends place: clean out barn in transitional
housing 3) beach clean up 4) gardening on campus
So far we have around 150 people coming from our section alone. It'll
be lots of fun.
Cathy: Motion to remove the discussion of pledge class namesake from
the table. Seconded. Meeting closed. Voting Meeting opened.
John Kohl elected pledge class namesake. (Charley knows the backup)
