Hi everyone,
Jeffrey made a mistake there in that email.
Some of the PC ships for a Chapter Weekend are easier than others
but none of them can be characterized as "light" as jeff put it.
Everyone should volunteer to do one of the PCships though because
you learn how to do them and then the next time an opportunity comes up
you can do them with much greater ease.

Manpower PC: Call everyone up and tell them they should come and have fun on the
Chapter Weekend; then send out a reminder email.

Food PC: Find out what people can/cannot eat, check the food cabinet for things
we already have; make a list of the things we need, and in what quantities;
find someone to drive you to the grocery store; then make sure that all the food
goes up in the shuttles, and find someone to cook or cook yourself.

Transport PC: Call the drivers and arrange a shuttle schedule.

Fellowship PC: Arrange for some fun in the evenings after dinner.

This was just my 10 cents.

YiLFS,
