activities
Advisory Comm. Chair (Joe): :not present

have a fellowship type thingee. We need someone to cook dinner.
Does anyone have anything they want to come up?

Jill: membership retention. Also note that whoever's cooking misses
       discussion

Sparky: perhaps alumns can cook

Alexis: all new officers are clued in? (general assent). There's a
mentor list on the wall if you have questions. We should have
officer hours. Put APO on your schedule for an hour a week
(she demonstrates). Put your name on it even if you're not an
officer if you're going to be around the office.

David: Could I get blurbs of projects/fellowship events to put on board
       (Charley says yes)

Alexis: Michael, any ideas for pledge class namesake?

Michael: I have a list with some ideas.

Jill: You could put the list in the locker.

Michael: Copying off previous terms isn't great. I just don't have a
       better idea.

Charley: Nominations are supposed to be closed. I know lots of old
       people.

Alexis: If you have any ideas, go to Michael

Jill: if you can't get to a meeting, it would be good if you emailed me
       your report
