Meeting began at 9:10

Present: Ingrid, Gabriel, Alexis, Lizzie, Melissa, Oscar, Lan, Jeffrey

Reports:

Michael: Fell alseep. Will do everything tomorrow.

Ingrid: Will look up ticket prices soon.

Oscar: We now have tickets that say the right thing. How about
refreshments?

Ingrid: I will work on that soon. I will bug someone into giving me a
ride to BJ's.

[Discussion popped up here about renting a cotton candy
machine. Renting LSC's popcorn machine costs $25/day plus the cost of
supplies.]

Gabriel: Haven't done anything for treasury, but I talked to some
groups that were interested in bringing food.

Alexis: I talked to the RCA people. They were really impressed with
the moon walk thing.

Lan: It has been suggested that we contact the GSC for funding.

[This led into a discussion of funding, which of course depends a
lot on the result of the UA meeting on Monday Februrary 10. Discussion
of the phone calling occurred, and a little more on the fine
details. My appologies to anything I left out, as I was just a little
tiny bit late to the meeting and someone else was taking minutes when
I got there. Details of the funding problem should be in the next set
of minutes which will come out soon after tomorrow's meeting, at 9PM
in the office.]

YiLFS,

Jeffrey
