Greetings and salutations!
So, in keeping with the current tradition of mass-mailing for
PCs, I'm in search of three willing volunteers to PC the traditional major
fellowship events of the term: Steak Fry, SFF, and I-banquet. The dates are:
Steak Fry 5 April
SFF 3 May
I-Banquet 16 May
Jill says she has already reserved us the Country Kitchen for Steak
Fry, so whoever gets that gem will be ahead of the game!
Anyone who has any questions about what is entailed in PCing these
events can contact me by email, or a note in the office. Phone is unreliable
at best.
These PC-ships are ready, and become easier to deal with logistically
when begun far in advance. Some of the advantages to starting far in advance
include:
* more time to find a press-op to print invitations
* more time to reserve the rooms and reconfirm
* more time to plan out the meal/food/munchies
* more time to get notice out to alumni and brothers
* more time to change plans if things don't work out well
As you may have noticed, MORE TIME is a grteat advantage to starting earlier.
So, volunteer now and beat the rush. Somebody has to do it. Why not YOU!
