Officers'  reports:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
SVP (Alexis): We had a project a while ago.  Project on sunday at
       the zoo.  21 projects this term.  Haven't gotten in touch with
       BU yet.
MVP (Ari):  We are out of pledge meetings.  All that is left is two
       handouts that I will give to the pledges at initiation. If you done
       something the last pledge meeting you should tell me so that I
       know. Pledge interviews should happen this week and you don't
       have to ask them 40 questions about every aspect of their pledge
       term. Pledges should not feel like they have to count the number
       of intervies they have, that was not the point.  All the pledges
       who came to pledge meeting five are up to date robert's rules
       of order.  Come to Pledge Term Review Meeting and Pledge
       Feedback Meeting, both at noon on Saturday.  If the pledge
       wants me at an interview, tell them that I will come only if
       necessary. Every pledge should have a copy of their requirement
       sheet. Initiation is next week at 5 on Thursday.
AVP (Jeffrey): Nothing to report.
Treasurer (John): Nothing to report.
FC (Ingrid): We are doing Initiation and I Banquet. Someone should
       PC a bubble wrap study break.
APOcEd (Hannah):  The deadline for the apoc is this saturday at
       midnight.  Officers should write incoming and outgoing officer
       reports, and others should write articles as well.  If we don't
       receive officer reports, we may decide to make something up, so
       submit!  There is also still the offer of ice cream to the most
       creative humor submission.
ASC (Lizzie): Nothing to report.
PubDir (Carolyn): Nothing to report.
Historian (Charley): Gina and I met over Thanksgiving. We talked
       about supplies we wanted.  I will be spending money soon.  I
       have put all the old photos into scrap books and the negatives
       are sorted.  All of the negatives are three or four years old.  I
       will be announcing an Archive Comm meeting soon. There are
       currently three members and I am interested in obtaining more.
Advisory Comm. Chair (Joe): Nothing to report.
President (Emily): Thus far, Joint Exec Comm is next Tuesday. Poe-
       ple going to Nationasl are elgible for money from the National
       Layaway Fund. I am considering paying for the Banquets.
Committee  reports:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Robert's Rules of Order Comm (Ari): The final correct version
of the handout on Robert's Rules of order is done and in the office.

New  Business:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Nationals Legislation:  (Jeffrey and Ingrid):  Ok, to keep this
sort of short and organized, there is going to be a list of the pieces of
legislation talked about and some relevant thing (a strawpoll in most
cases) to say how the chapter felt about each issue.  The pieces of
legislation are not being reproduced here, but they are given by their
reference number, which you can then go look at the actual legislation
which is hanging in the office. We have three categories typically, unless
otherwise noted. Yes, we want this, no, we don't want this, and eh for
get more info or we don't know.
[AVP Note: Numbers below in some cases are not exact. The point is to
see where the chapter feels strongest. If yes is 14 and the other two
fields are 0, it is likely that we only counted yes and got a lot.
The following is a result of running a big table through
genminutes. If you want to look at it in an xterm, **you may need to
resize the xterm somewhat**. You can also look at the dvi version by
running xdvi /mit/apo/Officers/AVP/F96/96-12-2:chapter]
