Personally, I'd like to get together a group of people to go to work on the
happy book. :) I will PC it, and we can meet beforehand, if people want -
send me email if you are interested in going, or talk to me, or signup
in the office. If anyone wants to work on this, or anything else, send mail
to Katie Hale (khale@bu.edu), or to me, or to whoever...

Subject: a question from ZY

Hi Cathy!

It's Katie again from Zeta Upsilon. Our chapter is in a predicament
and I was wondering if you might be able to help us. I gave away your SVP's
email...so I am talking to you.

My chapter is having some problem getting an interchapter event. If
your chapter would like to come to any of the events, please let me know. It
would fix a lot of trouble we are having. I don't want this requirement
that we have tabled, either, because I had so much fun meeting you, that I
don't think people should get away with just knowing our chapter. It is
really fundamental for us to understand a "greater" APO. So here's the list:

1)We are making a Happy Book for children in hospitals. We are
coloring things that make us happy, and then compiling them into a book. We
are getting together at 728 Commonwealth Ave, Apt. 5t on Nov. 21 at 7pm to
do this.
2)We are putting baskets together for thanksgiving. It is called the
Thanksgiving Coalition, and it is at 25 Buick Street (I can give you
directions) on Nov. 23 starting at 8 and going until whenever it ends. (It
probably will start a little later than 8...that's a little early!)
3)We are having a penny poker game with as many people as we can at my
apartment...16 Arundel Street Apt. 5...on Nov. 23 at 7pm. The proceeds are
going towards Roxbury Youth living in Poverty.

4)Oh, and we are having a hide-and-go-seek game on the BU beach on
the 19th at 7pm. We are meeting in front of Marsh Chapel. (again, directions
will be given, if you are interested.)

Please let me know if anyone is interested in coming. I'm sure we have lots
of other things, but this is the stuff in my brain at the time being. I
really appreciate it.

                                                In LFS,

                                                -Katie Hale
