I am sorry that I have been inconsistent in sending out
apo-announce. This is not because it is dead, but rather
because 6.170 and 6.003 have teamed up to make me hosed.
However, I would love to delegate this to someone who is
less hosed if someone wants. I might even offer ice cream.
