What: Chapter Meeting

When: 7:30pm
Who: All brothers who can (yeah, I know there's a .003 exam then)
Any pledges who want to come and see how the chapter is run
(you are encouraged to go to two during the term)
How: With great enthusiasm
Why: Cuz I said so--and we have to vote on stuff, so we need a
big majority there

New Business:
Historian budget allocation
Proposal on MIT Card policy (We currently accept the MIT Card as
a form of collateral for drop poster supplies, etc, and MIT
does not want anyone to hold onto ID cards for security reasons--
that's what the general issue is)
Announcements
Points for the Good of the Order (PFTGOTO)
Each chunk of new business from now on will be granted 30 minutes. If
people want to discuss a piece of NB for longer, a motion can be made to
continue discussion. This should make the time spent at Chapter Meetings
more efficient, as people will keep their presentation times down, and
lots of random comments can be kept out as we all know about the limit.
