Right. I might have some paper hiding away in my room, but
here is what I believe we have for all the above in the subject
line:

Sept 1 - Sept 4
Lobby 7 drop poster for Open Events, Meetings
(We asked for August 27 to September 9th and this is what we got)

We don't have a drop poster space for Book Exchange because it
would be partially in conflict with the other drop poster and some
rule says we can't have two posters up at once or something to
that effect. I can apply for a space in the student center though.
I will do that.

Sept 3 - Sept 15
Infinite Corridor panel B is ours for two
weeks. Therefore, if we put together a nice corridor board,
we will do really well since it will be up for a really long
time. Again, probably for open meeting and project stuff.

Sept 5 and Sept 15
We currently have two open meeting rooms scheduled. Sept 5 and
Sept 15th in West Lounge, from 6:00 to 10:00

Sept 2 - Sept 6
Book Exchange is still currently scheduled to be in 407 from
Sept 2 to Sept 6th. Until I get notification from CAC stating
differently, that is. If Emily brought them the right form,
we could be in good shape and get a better room.

We have rooms for pledge ceremonies:
Sept 11, 12, 17, and 18, all in rooms 1-135 and 1-132
from 6pm to 10pm

Oct 21 - Nov 1
We have a Lobby 7 drop poster space

Oct 27 - Nov 1
an infinite corridor panel

and
Oct 28 - Nov 1
the UMOC booth

all three of course for UMOC. Go UMOC :)

We do have two rooms scheduled away for chapter meetings.
We don't have to use them, but it would be cool if we want
to use them for a change of scene. The two meetings are
Oct 8 and Dec 3. Neither meeting has special significance,
but still, we have them.

Dec 7
PTRM is in the Mezzanine Lounge (not 20 Chimmneys :)
from 1 pm to 6pm. We actually have the room starting at noon,
so we can start that early if we want.

Also, advance warning to the Spring Book Exchange PC, we
have the Mezzanine Lounge from Feb 2 to Feb 6 1997

A couple of remaining administrative notes: I will be working
on getting W20-400 for Chapter Meetings. If I am unsuccessful,
I will find other places. Emily also would like to have Execcoms
somewhere other than the office. She suggests the PDR's, so I
will see what I can do. Other suggestions would be appreciated.

Oh and the mailing lists and signup sheets excetera will be updated
next week, the mailing lists right after Activities Midway, the signup
sheets will partially updated, but I need updated info from people,
so I will pass one around during the first meeting and exec comm.

Enough administrative jive for now.
Be happy friends.

YiLFS,
Jeffrey
