The other thing coming up fast is the beginning of institute R/O.
As you all know from my prior mailings on the topic, we will
be running some campus tours this year for the R/O committee.
Specifically, we will be running tours out of the office on
Wed, Aug 21 from 9-5, Thurs, Aug 22 from 9-12, and Mon, Aug 26th
from 9-5.
WE NEED TOUR GUIDES AND PEOPLE TO SIT IN THE OFFICE AND CHAT WITH
FRESHMEN/transfer students FOR ALL THOSE TIMES!!!
now, several of you have expressed interest in passing, I need you
to contact me now with what days/times you think will be best. I
understand it's a while off and you can't commit now, but I need
a rough guess so we can arrange to get the info on how to actually
run a tour to the people who need it. Please e-mail me back if you're
interested. We need, at the least, three people at all times-- two to
lead the tour, and one to wait in the office and meet the next group.
Obviously, the more the merrier. Alumni are encouraged to help out if
they can spare the time.
