Well, to begin, the t shirts have been washed and returned
to the office. They are now ready to be screened.
Ummm. suffice to say that I think that there was a bit of
excessive dye in the shirts. Usually, this have never been
a problem for me when dying shirts, but in this case, the
effects were not what I expected. Don't panic, the shirts
look good, they just are a bit... bluer than they
used to be. Suffice to say that the blue we used at the
first session bleeded a little and the first batch
of t shirts came out a sky blue. Also, the other colors
faded a bit, so they aren't as vivantly tie dyed
as before (except for being blue instead of white =).
The second batch colors didn't fade as much, but there
was still some blue-red bleeding, and so they are
blue with a hint of red, thus making them slightly
purplish.
Personally, I think they look good, and I think in
most cases, I think it has enhanced the look of
the shirts. I still think they will come out really
well when they are screened, so I am looking forward
to seeing them then.
So wander into the office and take a look at the
result of our creations =)
YiLFS,
Jeffreypu
