Hi all. ASA has just told us about their Freshman Mailing. Basically,
for the cost of postage, we get to send something out to all 1200
of the incoming Freshmen... basically our only chance to reach all
of them. Of course, most of the pieces of paper in the huge pile
just get thrown out without being looked at. So here's the idea
we've come up with.

We're going to silkscreen APO penants and send them to all the incoming
Freshmen.

We have the design, we'll be getting the material, and making a prototype
this week. We have the silkscreening gurus. What we need is people
to help screen. Experience not needed- in fact this is a great time to
get some. We'll need people to silkscreen either the 15th or 16th or
22nd or 23rd. We're approximating that with three tables going (three
people each), it will take 7 hours per table, plus people needed for
cutting cloth and ironing and other miscellaneous stuff (we need, also,
to borrow irons and scissors from anyone who can spare them for a day).
So, we need help. Please tell me when, on those four days (next Saturday
and Sunday or the weekend after), you could help out and for how long (we
can break the job up into as small hours as you're willing to help).
Whatever day we choose to do it, we will of course intersperse food,
fun, and other goodies for everyone helping out.

So, once again, please choose from the following brief menu (choose all that
apply)

1) I could help on the 15th from ____ to _____
2) I could help on the 16th from ____ to _____
3) I could help on the 22nd from ____ to _____
4) I could help on the 23rd from ____ to _____
5) I can lend an iron
6) I can lend scissors
7) I am Susan Born or live in the state of Alaska
8) I have no interest in fun, food, other goodies or the
continuation and growth of AX chapter of APO and will therefore
miss this opportunity of a lifetime and spend the rest of my
bitter and miserable life regretting it until I tell my grandchildren
about it in a special song I compose on the ukulele made of goat hairs.

Please respond ;)

	thanks,
	Ari- the rush guy
