I'm sure Will & the actives will make their desires known to us at
the upcoming Doodle-scheduled work sessions.
I suggest we wait to hear what they have to say,
instead of trying to deal with this over email.

what are our exact goals during the cleanout?
besides throwing out obvious trash.....
are we pretty much picking what we should trash and what we should keep?
if we keep it; what does that mean? (do people take it home to 'save' it?)
is generic office supplies stuff we should donate?
so: make trash/donate/keep ('save') piles?
and is everything in the office ours? (or is some of the space/stuff belon=
ging to any other student groups?)
thanks

Hello Everyone,
It is with a heavy heart that I must announce that after over 80 years of w=
onderful service at MIT the Alpha Chi chapter of APO effectively concluded =
operation at the end of the 2018-2019 academic year. It has been an honor t=
o do service with you all in the spirit of AX.
As most of you know over the years the chapter has gathered a large amount =
of resources and memorabilia in the office that we want to make informed de=
cisions about as we work to clean out the office. As such we will be having=
an office cataloging and clean up effort at some point during August. We n=
eed your help to make this go as quickly and smoothly as possible. If you c=
an participate please fill out this doodle:

If you know of any Alumni you think would like to be included please feel f=
ree to send them the link.
Yours in Leadership Friendship and Service,
William McCarthy
