for developing the film. Stuff keeps showing up on my desk. If
you put something there, please tell me what it is and if possible
what should be done with it.
Chairman of the Advisory Committee- Joe (written): Nothing to report
President- Charlie: CPPC happened. We got ideas on active rush,
leadership, etc. Conclave is happening at Yale. Cost is $40
a person plus we have to find our own housing. Responses are due
March 24th. If possible tell me by next exec-comm if you're coming.
Campus preview weekend is coming up- same weekend as conclave-
speak up if you want to do something for it.

60th- Harry: Invitations are going out. We're looking for a
logo
Old Bussiness:
Additional $2000 approved for 60th today without objection
New Bussiness:
CPPC happened. Here were some ideas:
To be active on campus:
Wear letters on Tuesdays
Wear pins
Get other people involved in our projects
Help people move from temp housing
buttons/arm bands
visible on campus service that lasts (like the ride board)
recycling in student center
talking to random people about APO
Make IC board more interesting
Demystifying leadership:
Big uncle program (alumni talks to pledges/actives)
group repelling class
How-To guides
mentor list
putting SVP files on line
updating files
more/more useful project reports
encourage brothers/pledges to Co-PC
finding PCs more then one week in advance
encourage site visits for PCs
Yale: I suggest we choose 3 or 4 and try them
Emily: For the visibilities ones, we should make the list
public and people should do what they can
Susan: There's a joint project we can do with TCA. Nifty-
neato on campus project. It's the blood drive. They need
help with piblicity and at the blood drive itself
Yale: In the past we went door to door in the dorms to try
to recruit people
General discission on if we want to go door to door with
no conclusion
Suggestion that IS be contacted about using 'message of the day'
to publicize
