Howdy-
We are the course evaluation guide. Our envelope stuffing is
this weekend (you know, those envelopes that go to every class with
all of the blank comment forms and bubble sheets). There are ~350
classes, and we desperately need some help. ANY help will do. As
much help as possible would be best. An hour someone can put in is
an hour earlier it all gets done.
I am told that this is a bad weekend b/c there is already a
project scheduled and a meeting, but I thought I might try to drum up
some energy anyhow...
Please give me a call if you think you might be able to
assist in any way. We will start work on Sat after 1:30 and work all
through Sun. We also have a need for a few hours during the
following week for deliveries to departments. That is purely-random-
whenever-you-have-the-time-if-you're-headed-to-that-part-of-campus
type work, but it goes very quickly if ~10 people put in 30 minutes
each. It is also possible that the envelope stuffing from over the
weekend will bleed over into the week, and we will probably need some
more time for that too.
We are really in a crunch, so give me a call @ 225-6629 if
you think you might be able to help. It's very easy to do, and you
can work any time you want (even @ 4 AM) with about 5 minutes of
instruction. The deliveries are self-explanitory. THANK YOU!!
