I realized I gave no description of what the Food Bank is. My apologies.
The Greater Boston Food Bank is at Andrew T-stop on the red line. It
collects and distributes food for the needy. What we would be doing there
would be sorting food - both for category and expiration date.
The project will be in the morning, and about 10-15 people from the
BU chapter will also be there.
The initial response was very good so I will tell the BU chapter we will
be there. If you are interested in going, tell me, so that I can give an
accurate (or at least close) number.
