hi all!
here's one of the last installments on book exchange. this week, all
the unclaimed books and checks will be picked up, so there need to be
people in the office from 3pm-7pm, tues-friday.
there only has to be one person per shift, and there will be a sign-up
sheet inside the office where you write your name, and a shift sheet on
the board in the hall outside the office where you check the time that
you will be there for other non-APO people to see.
the procedure for pick-up is as follows: when the person comes in you
ask for the persons ID, you then find their envelope, and see how many
unsold books there is. make sure that the number of books that they
take out agrees with the number on the envelope. Then, please ask them
to sign the envelope. Then, it's all done!
well, anyway, please sign up in the office and have a great three-day
weekend
